With the moon under her shoulder, Jessica Garzón aka Yeka arrives again on the streets of New York. The multitalented artist brings with her her latest project called "Lunar Connections", her anthology of illustrations created in the middle of her long journey through Puerto Rico, not being afraid of change and living fully as her means of inspiration. Yeka evokes a sensation of freedom from her summoning of animated characters and colorful palette. For her, it is of utmost importance to connect with the work and seek authenticity. Today, you will find Yeka painting murals, attending different art markets or offering art workshops at her home base in Brooklyn.

Con la luna bajo el hombro, Jessica Garzón aka Yeka llega de nuevo a las calles de Nueva York. La polifacética artista trae consigo su último proyecto llamado "Conexiones lunares", su antología de ilustraciones creadas en medio de su largo viaje por Puerto Rico sin tener miedo al cambio y viviendo plenamente como su medio de inspiración. Yeka evoca una sensación de libertad a partir de su invocación de personajes animados y paleta de colores. Para ella es de suma importancia conectar con la obra y buscar la autenticidad. Hoy en día, encontramos a Yeka pintando murales, asistiendo a diferentes mercados de arte u ofreciendo talleres de arte en diferentes lugares en Brooklyn.
